Horizon Store is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 across Australia.

Order Dispatch

    Orders placed before 3 PM AEST/AEDT on business days are typically dispatched the same day from our warehouse located in Victoria. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.

    Shipping Options

      Standard Shipping : Typically delivered within 1-7 working days depending on your location within Australia. Use our delivery estimate guide below for more specific information on transit times:
        • VIC: 1-3 working days
        • NSW: 1-3 working days
        • SA: 1-3 working days
        • QLD: 2-4 working days
        • ACT: 2-7 working days
        • NT: 3-7 working days
        • WA: 3-7 working days
        • TAS: 3-7 working days

          Express Postage: Available at an additional charge, which can be selected at checkout. Express orders are prioritized and aim to arrive quicker if your location is within the Australia Post Express network.

          Delivery Locations:  We ship to all locations across Australia, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Please ensure that your items meet the size and weight limits for these delivery options.

          Shipping Delays: During peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays in the dispatch and delivery of orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

          Delivery Tracking Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number and courier details. We primarily use Australia Post, StarTrack and DHL for the delivery of your goods. You may also track your order through the carrier's website using the details provided.
