  1. Eligibility

The Horizon Store 'Spin to WIN!' promotion (hereafter referred to as the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of Australia. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

 

  1. How to Participate

To enter the Promotion, visit www.horizonstore.com.au during the promotional period and spin the wheel (if it is available) by submitting your first name and valid email address. No purchase is necessary to participate. By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

 

  1. Promotional Period

The Promotion will run for a limited time and may end at Horizon Store’s discretion. All spins must be completed within the active period to be eligible for prizes.

All participants are guaranteed to win one of the following prizes:

Prizes are guaranteed, and participants will receive a prize upon spinning the wheel. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service. Prizes are subject to availability, and Horizon Store reserves the right to cancel or substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. This Promotion is not a game of chance. Every participant will receive a guaranteed prize. Discount codes are not valid in conjunction with other coupons. 

 

  1. Prize Redemption

Each prize is subject to the following redemption guidelines:

  • Prizes and discount codes must be redeemed through a unique code provided at checkout.
  • All prizes are valid for 24 hours from the time the code is generated.
  • Prizes and discounts are for one-time use only and are valid per customer, per transaction.

Participants will receive their prize or discount code via the website and/or email after spinning the wheel. Horizon Store is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected emails.

 

  1. Limitations and Exclusions
  • Prizes or discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
  • The discounts and free shipping offers are limited to one-time use per participant.
  • Horizon Store reserves the right to review and, if necessary, cancel any order placed under this Promotion for reasons including, but not limited to, errors in pricing, stock availability, or circumstances where fulfilling the order may not be commercially viable.

 

  1. Modification and Termination

Horizon Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances involving technical issues or other unforeseen events that prevent the Promotion from operating as planned.

 

  1. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or otherwise violates these Terms & Conditions. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion and may lead to further legal action.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Promotion, you agree that Horizon Store, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that result from your participation, including but not limited to:

  • Any dizziness, technical malfunctions or failures
  • Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process.
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, wars, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Any other errors or problems that may arise in connection with the Promotion

 

Horizon Store assumes no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or inaccurate prize redemptions, or for any failure of the Promotion due to external forces, including but not limited to failures in telecommunications, internet service providers, or human error.

 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
