The Ecovacs GOAT G1 Navigation Beacon is the positioning anchor of the GOAT G1 wire-free robot lawn mower system. Using Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology, each Beacon acts as a GPS-like reference point for the mower — the GOAT G1 triangulates its exact position from the Beacon signals at all times. This wire-free system eliminates the need to bury boundary cables around the lawn. Additional Beacons extend the coverage range, improve positional accuracy in complex gardens, and enable the GOAT G1 to navigate larger properties effectively.

30-Day Change of Mind PolicyYou have 30 days from the delivery of your item to request a return if you change your mind. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unopened, sealed and in its original packaging. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking Fees

Returns Process
To request a return for a refund or exchange, please contact us with your name, contact details, order number, product code/name, and a brief description of the issue. Attach any relevant images if necessary. Upon approval, we will provide you with the relevant return instructions.
We endeavour to process your refund or exchange within 3 working days of receiving the item/s back provided the conditions specified in this returns policy are met.
Any refund will be processed back to the customer account using the same payment method used when placing the order.
Package Refusal
Refusing delivery of the package or for any return to sender parcels without our prior agreement may result in a restocking or reshipment fee and potential forfeiture of any refunds or exchanges.
